Manages comprehensive HR operations for an assigned location, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, talent development, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, wellness, engagement, personnel records, and workforce analytics. Advises leaders on HR policies, performance, corrective actions, compensation, and employee concerns. Oversees payroll, workers’ compensation, safety initiatives, process improvements, and HR reporting while supervising HR staff and partnering with corporate Centers of Expertise.
