Reviews associate work, supports onboarding and software implementations, maintains accurate records across complex entities and horse-related activities, and communicates with clients and internal teams. Requires accounting experience and familiarity with equine operations is preferred.

Oversee outsourced accounting services for nonprofit clients, including month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, general ledger activities, complex entries, tax preparation review, and financial reporting. Serve as the primary client contact, provide accounting advice, improve processes, support software initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to recruiting, training, and business development.

Serves as the primary technology advisor for client environments, managing servers, networks, cloud platforms, end-user systems, and infrastructure improvements. Leads technology projects, resolves complex technical issues, develops technology strategies, and coordinates technical teams. Builds client relationships, mentors IT staff, manages priorities, supports business development, and contributes to consulting practice improvements. Requires expertise across multiple infrastructure technologies, strong communication skills, and travel to client locations.

Develops operating and workforce plans, manages revenue and profitability, standardizes service delivery, leads client relationships and business development, implements accounting technology and automation, develops talent, and drives scalable advisory solutions. Requires substantial accounting or professional services leadership experience, strong business acumen, and expertise in outsourced accounting, controllership, reporting, and CFO advisory services.

Oversees assurance engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessments, budgeting, scheduling, testing, workpaper and financial statement review, and client relationship management. Provides technical accounting guidance, ensures regulatory and methodological compliance, mentors engagement teams, supports business development, and contributes to firm initiatives, recruiting, training, and process improvement. Requires CPA licensure, accounting expertise, and five to six years of assurance or related experience.

Supervise and lead assurance engagements from planning through completion, managing timelines, budgets, quality, client communication, workpapers, financial statements, and regulatory compliance. Mentor associates and interns, review engagement procedures and documentation, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality assurance services. Maintain current knowledge of accounting standards and continuing education requirements while identifying opportunities for broader client services.
