Administer and analyze grants for legal services; ensure grantee compliance with statutes and reporting; conduct research, audits, and prepare memos and reports; manage projects to improve grant administration; liaise with committees, grantees, and stakeholders; train or lead staff in senior roles. Position requires occasional travel to grantees.

Lead design and development of complex Microsoft‑stack applications and integrations. Improve CI/CD with GitHub Actions, modernize legacy systems, strengthen automated testing and monitoring, and integrate enterprise case‑management platforms (Tyler Odyssey). Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA, and infrastructure teams while mentoring staff and ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable solutions across the full stack.

Lead professional performing legal and program analysis for the Office of Professional Competence. Staffs the Ethics Hotline, conducts complex legal and factual research, drafts memoranda and advisory materials, supports program administration (Lawyer Referral Service, outreach, website content), and provides lead direction and training to staff. Ensures compliance with State Bar policies and assists committees and stakeholders on ethics issues.
