Design, build, administer, and support cloud-based business solutions across Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Purview, Power BI). Translate business needs into low/no-code solutions, create automations and scripts, ensure governance and security, monitor performance, provide user support and training, and maintain documentation.

Manage and mentor application engineering teams; architect, develop, integrate, deploy, and support enterprise Microsoft-based solutions. Drive cloud modernization, CI/CD, system integrations, vendor management, performance, security, budgeting, and cross-team collaboration.

Oversee and administer the organization's leave of absence and workers' compensation programs; advise managers and employees on leave and disability laws; determine eligibility; develop programs, procedures, reports, and training; coordinate with Payroll and Benefits; conduct ADA interactive processes and manage accommodations; research legal issues and serve as subject-matter expert on leave management.
