We invest in undeveloped land, and subsequently develop this raw land into improved, residential subdivisions – ultimately selling the finished lots to national and regional homebuilders. Relationships are the backbone of our business, utilizing our in-house land managers and our track record, we have built a strong network of homebuilding partners, JV capital partners and other relationships in a highly fragmented industry which enables us to capitalize on land opportunities.
