Lead a small remote agile team to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web and windows applications. Provide technical direction, architecture alignment, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentorship while delivering high-quality, high-performance solutions using Microsoft and cloud technologies in two-week Scrum sprints.

Design, document, and execute test cases across multiple products. Perform manual and automated testing (unit, integration, system, regression), security and performance testing, defect classification, code coverage analysis, and maintain test documentation. Work within CI/CD pipelines and Agile/SCRUM processes using tools like JIRA.
