Supports telecommunications construction crews by loading and transporting materials, setting up and tearing down job sites, maintaining yards, operating tools and small equipment under supervision, delivering parts, inspecting supplies, and following safety procedures. The role involves outdoor physical labor, equipment handling, traffic control assistance, and occasional travel between job sites. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Supervise underground bury drop crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and quality completion of jobs. Conduct inspections, enforce safety and 811 One Call compliance, operate/oversee equipment, handle damage claims, and communicate progress with management while supporting Spectrum compliance targets.

Serve as administrative lead for multiple telecommunications construction projects, coordinating schedules, documentation, finances, invoicing, reporting, subcontractors, permits, risk mitigation, and closeouts. Mentor project coordinators, recommend process improvements, ensure quality and client compliance, and support timely invoicing and executive reporting.
