Supports construction project delivery by coordinating design, procurement, programming, site activities, subcontractors, documentation, inspections, compliance, and reporting. The role monitors milestones, tracks resources and lead times, manages RFIs and technical documentation, supports quality and safety requirements, and escalates project risks. It requires strong organisation, construction knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, site-based environment.

Lead commercial construction projects from award through handover, managing site execution, schedules, budgets, contracts, safety, quality, procurement, subcontractors, risks, documentation, stakeholders, commissioning, defects, and close-out. The role coordinates Site Managers and project teams, monitors performance and compliance, reviews claims and variations, manages project records, and mentors project personnel while ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective delivery.

Provides hands-on support across active construction sites by assisting trades and supervisors, moving materials and equipment, maintaining clean and safe work areas, supporting site setup and deliveries, attending safety briefings, and following workplace health and safety procedures. The role requires physical fitness, reliability, teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to learn.
