Designs and leads implementation of secure, scalable systems architectures for complex government and national security missions. Responsibilities include assessing legacy and modern environments, translating mission needs into architectures and technical requirements, defining integrations and interfaces, evaluating tradeoffs, developing modernization roadmaps, and supporting testing and deployment. The role advises government and engineering stakeholders, leads technical workshops and workstreams, incorporates cybersecurity and classified-environment constraints, and evaluates AI-enabled systems and emerging technologies for operational government use.

Leads high-priority government programs and major workstreams for a defense client, including rapid acquisition capability development, governance, operating models, performance metrics, and agile delivery. Advises senior stakeholders, manages risks and contracts, supports innovation ecosystem engagement, and leads team development. The role requires translating ambiguous strategic objectives into measurable mission outcomes and scalable processes, with substantial DoD or federal program experience and classified-environment exposure.

Lead day-to-day execution of command, control, and communications modernization programs for a defense client. Manage rapid acquisition cell, coordinate stakeholders, apply Agile delivery, measure mission outcomes, manage contracts and resources, mentor teams, and scale repeatable processes to improve speed, impact, and ROI.
