Mentor project teams, report to executives, manage finances and forecasts, and travel to field sites to resolve issues and ensure profitable, compliant execution.

Source proprietary acquisition opportunities through high-volume outreach, build relationships with owners and intermediaries, manage CRM and pipeline metrics, perform financial modeling and due diligence, support post-close integration and portfolio initiatives.

Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver scope on schedule and under budget. Create and maintain schedules and budgets, manage procurement and invoicing, monitor risks, report status to senior management, and regularly visit project sites to resolve issues and support on-site personnel.
