Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, support employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR operations. Lead HR projects, maintain compliance, develop HR reporting, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Lead and oversee multiple large, complex projects from planning through closeout. Drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk mitigation, procurement, and customer relations. Mentor project teams, report to executives, manage finances and forecasts, and travel to field sites to resolve issues and ensure profitable, compliant execution.

Own account growth by expanding market share with existing customers and winning new business. Coordinate sales, estimating, and operations: write estimates and proposals, negotiate contracts, and align engineering, project management, and field teams to meet client specifications and standards while providing exceptional customer communication and service.
