Teams at DCI Donor Services, Inc.

Builds and strengthens relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote organ and tissue donation. Develops hospital strategic plans, supports donation processes, provides staff education, coordinates communication among hospitals, donor families, and the organization, analyzes data, conducts marketing initiatives, and documents facility interactions.

Provides executive administrative support, coordinates meetings, travel, communications, orientations, inspections, vendors, safety records, and fleet vehicles. Manages administrative staff performance, hiring, training, and development while standardizing processes across departments. Serves as a liaison among leadership, departments, Human Resources, Accounting, Purchasing, and building vendors. Supports organizational quality, compliance, emergency response, and workplace operations.

Develops and maintains business applications, digital forms, automated workflows, SQL database functionality, integrations, and reporting solutions. Performs testing, troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and user support while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable applications. The role primarily uses Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, and related programming technologies.
