Builds and strengthens relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote organ and tissue donation. Develops hospital strategic plans, supports donation processes, provides staff education, coordinates communication among hospitals, donor families, and the organization, analyzes data, conducts marketing initiatives, and documents facility interactions.

Provides executive administrative support, coordinates meetings, travel, communications, orientations, inspections, vendors, safety records, and fleet vehicles. Manages administrative staff performance, hiring, training, and development while standardizing processes across departments. Serves as a liaison among leadership, departments, Human Resources, Accounting, Purchasing, and building vendors. Supports organizational quality, compliance, emergency response, and workplace operations.

Develops and maintains business applications, digital forms, automated workflows, SQL database functionality, integrations, and reporting solutions. Performs testing, troubleshooting, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and user support while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable applications. The role primarily uses Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, and related programming technologies.

Develops hospital partnerships to promote organ and tissue donation, supports donation processes, educates healthcare staff, coordinates communication among hospitals, donor families, and the organization, analyzes data, documents interactions, and leads marketing and process-improvement initiatives. Requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of marketing or related experience, healthcare system knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Shift schedule is not specified.

The External Affairs Director leads community engagement, public education, legislative relations, partnerships, and donation-awareness initiatives. The role represents the organization at community and business events, manages public education staff, oversees donor-registration events, monitors legislation, supports crisis and stakeholder communications, and collaborates on public relations, marketing, website, and social media strategies. Travel and frequent public speaking are required.

Build awareness of organ and tissue donation through community events, campaigns, presentations, partnerships, and digital engagement. The coordinator will develop community and corporate relationships, engage audiences through social media, webinars, and podcasts, and coordinate volunteer ambassador opportunities. Strong communication, public speaking, writing, organization, multitasking, and creative marketing skills are required. Local travel is required.

Provides onsite IT support for laptops, applications, servers, networks, and technical systems. Responsibilities include managing help desk tickets, troubleshooting Windows hardware and software, administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, networks, security tools, licensing, and inventory, documenting solutions, supporting technology changes, and training staff.
