DCCM Benefits Overview

Designs subsurface utility engineering plans using civil engineering calculations and CAD software. Conducts job-site field visits, gathers utility information, prepares engineering documents, and supports client meetings and business development. Collaborates with project teams to meet schedules and budgets while learning SUE technologies, electromagnetic equipment, and Trimble tools. Requires a civil engineering degree, strong communication and analytical skills, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Texas EIT certification is preferred.

Lead and deliver municipal, public works, and transportation projects from planning through construction. Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client relationships. Drive business development in Florida, mentor engineering staff, provide technical oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead and oversee roadway and transportation design projects including geometry, 3D modeling, hydraulic design, MOT, plans, specs, estimates, QA/QC, and mentor junior staff.
