Designs and produces proposals, statements of qualifications, presentation materials, templates, infographics, diagrams, and branded layouts. Collaborates with proposal managers and technical teams to gather content, clarify information, and develop visuals. Maintains brand consistency, performs quality-control reviews, incorporates edits, and prepares final electronic or print submissions while managing multiple deadlines.

Manage site development projects from conceptual design through construction completion, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgets, resources, grading, drainage, paving, utilities, roadways, permitting, and QA/QC. Coordinate clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams while addressing project challenges and ensuring technical, schedule, and budget objectives. Lead junior staff and support business development through proposals and client presentations.

Designs and supports site development projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, utility infrastructure, and site plan layouts. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, clients, and EITs; creates and revises drawings, updates base plans, manages project documentation, follows CAD standards, and handles multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
