Supports organization-wide visual communications through graphic design, photography, illustration, publication layout, presentations, newsletters, reports, logos, social media, and advertising. Manages vendor photography and signage installation, creates executive presentations, writes and edits printed materials, and communicates organizational programs and services to the public.

Establishes and maintains comprehensive occupational safety and accident prevention programs. Assesses hazards, conducts inspections, investigates incidents, develops corrective actions, delivers customized safety training, monitors OSHA compliance, evaluates training effectiveness, recommends safety equipment, and supports emergency response activities. The role requires collaboration with management, employees, vendors, government agencies, and learning and development teams.

Manages the full grant lifecycle, including funding research, application development, budgeting, compliance, federal grant system administration, reimbursement, reporting, cost recovery, and closeout. Coordinates with engineering, finance, procurement, leadership, consultants, and funding agencies to secure and administer grants. Maintains registrations, calendars, templates, procedures, and compliance documentation while preparing executive and board reports.
