The Senior Program Manager, Financial Reporting oversees financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating audits, and reporting to management and the Board.

Assist development and monitoring of backflow prevention, grease abatement, and hydrant-use permit programs. Conduct field inspections and testing of connections, backflow preventers, grease interceptors, and hydrant meters; enforce codes and discharge permits; process meter issuance/returns and billing entries; document findings and communicate with stakeholders; respond to emergency investigations; operate and maintain Authority vehicles and test/repair meters and devices.

The Senior Manager, Marketing and Production develops strategies for brand awareness, manages production processes for publications, and oversees marketing campaigns to enhance DC Water's outreach.
