The Senior Manager, Marketing and Production develops strategies for brand awareness, manages production processes for publications, and oversees marketing campaigns to enhance DC Water's outreach.

Leads strategic finance, treasury, cash management, investments, debt issuance, risk management, grants, wholesale billing, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and funding initiatives. Advises executive leadership, develops financial policies and controls, manages financial institution relationships, oversees finance staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives technology improvements for financial processes and reporting.

Serves as the primary liaison for labor and employee-related matters, coordinating case documentation and RFIs, supporting compliance programs (workers' comp, ADA, FMLA, DOT/drug testing), assisting with training, process improvements, reporting, and administrative executive support. Maintains confidential records, tracks compliance deadlines, coordinates cross-functional needs, and supports senior program managers to ensure consistent policy application and regulatory adherence.
