Develops complex RFx and other solicitation documents, conducts procurement activities, and evaluates new vendors for price reasonableness and quality. Conducts professional contract negotiations and ensures contractors perform according to terms. Maintains purchasing and contracting records.

The Manager, Budget is responsible for managing the Operating or Capital budget process, directing budget preparation activities, analyzing budgetary requests, and providing financial advisory support to departments. This role involves developing financial policies, monitoring compliance, and preparing reports for senior executives and the Board of Directors.
