Supports the sales team by creating quotes, managing renewal and opportunity records in Salesforce and ERP systems, processing won and lost opportunities, maintaining CRM data, assisting with RFP/RFQ submissions, running reports, and providing administrative support. The role also coordinates with vendors and internal departments and handles special projects.

Acquire new business, identify decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, deliver presentations and demos, respond to RFPs, and maintain and grow customer accounts. The role requires prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, contract management, CRM usage, quota achievement, and renewal-rate performance. This is a fully remote position for candidates residing and working in the Mountain Time Zone, with uncapped commission potential.

Oversee client accounts within an assigned territory, coordinate field service engineers, schedule maintenance and emergency repairs, manage parts logistics, fulfill service-level agreements, respond to client communications, prepare service reports, and create price quotations. The role emphasizes customer service, organization, cross-department coordination, and project management rather than cold calling or sales.
