The Enterprise Sales Director will lead sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest, managing the sales cycle, coordinating POC implementations, and collaborating on product roadmaps while becoming an expert in SQL and dbt.

Responsible for growing and managing enterprise customers in France: build, manage, and close pipeline; expand dbt Cloud adoption in accounts; engage partners; contribute to sales process and product roadmap; navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Design, build and maintain Rust-first connectivity layers and APIs for dbt's data execution infrastructure, focusing on system performance and reliability. Collaborate with teams on adapter interfaces and contribute to open-source specifications.
