Lead QA strategy and execution for AI-driven mobile and internet banking platforms. Build and maintain test automation frameworks, design test cases and data, run UAT and regression tests using Generative AI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation coverage, stability, and QA processes before production release.

Acquire and manage an SME lending portfolio (turnover INR 25–600 crores), drive revenue via assets and cross-sell (trade, cash, treasury, fees), ensure portfolio monitoring and NIL delinquencies, comply with KYC/AML and bank policies, and build local market presence.
