Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for investment products, advisory, bancassurance, and consumer banking segments. Responsibilities include budget and procurement management, social listening using Sprinklr, agency coordination, campaign production, media placement, digital and social content, event execution, and marketing support for business units. The role also supports marketing platforms, Agentic AI workflows, stakeholder training, and product launches.

Provides Level 2 end-user IT support and daily workplace technology operations for approximately 2,000 users and devices. Supports Windows and macOS endpoints, Microsoft 365, meeting rooms, collaboration tools, peripherals, networking, account access, MFA, and software deployment. Manages incidents, service requests, assets, onboarding, vendors, SLAs, compliance, documentation, and coordination with regional and global technology teams. Identifies recurring issues and drives service improvements and permanent fixes.

Supports regional multi-sector equity research through financial modeling, valuation, earnings forecasts, company and industry analysis, research writing, investor materials, and monitoring of market developments. The role includes due diligence, management engagement, maintaining research data, supporting sales and trading requests, and contributing to thematic and portfolio strategy research. Candidates must work accurately within a regulated environment and use AI tools responsibly to improve research productivity.
