Supports business development, client engagement, CRM administration, events, sponsorships, attorney and practice group initiatives, proposals, and referral partner growth for a law firm and title services organization. Maintains CRM data, pipelines, reports, and follow-up; coordinates events and marketing materials; researches prospects; supports pitches and presentations; tracks opportunities, expenses, and engagement; and collaborates with attorneys, leadership, vendors, and referral sources.

Supports probate and estate planning attorneys by managing caseloads, organizing workflows, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, tracking CLE credits, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. Requires a bachelor’s degree, probate or estate planning paralegal experience, strong communication and organization skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. A paralegal certificate and professional association membership are preferred.

Handles civil litigation matters involving employment-related claims and commercial disputes. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, preparing and arguing motions, managing discovery, participating in depositions, preparing for trials, responding to administrative charges, managing cases independently, and collaborating on case strategy. The attorney must manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
