Manage daily accounts receivable tasks including cash posting, payment processing, aging reports, and unapplied cash resolution. Perform month-end AR close, reconciliations to the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and handle billing inquiries and vendor/customer collections. Support other accounting functions and identify process improvements.

Maintain and administer core insurance systems, ensure data privacy compliance, manage change requests and vendor SLAs, support UAT and incident resolution, and document operational and security procedures.

Perform actuarial analyses for commercial auto pricing and reserving, build and maintain rating models, analyze loss trends, prepare reports, collaborate with underwriting/claims/finance, and support process improvement and automation.

Work full-time for a one-year internship under the Senior Marketing Manager.

Prepare disbursements; assist with month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation (SSAP). Support NAIC filings, tax documentation, financial analysis, and external audit coordination.

Perform month- and year-end closings, reconcile accounts, prepare and analyze financial statements per Statutory Accounting Principles, produce NAIC filings, support tax compliance and external audits, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate regulatory financial reporting.

Manage pre- and post-payment claims audits, ensure adjudication compliance with policies and regulations, investigate errors/overpayments, update SOPs, support expansion compliance, develop KPIs, perform financial data analysis, collaborate on system development with IT and vendors, and support month-end reporting and ad-hoc projects.
