Lead HR Generalist and Office Operations Coordinator, handle expatriate and local employee lifecycle, ensure multi-state compliance, oversee payroll/HR systems, drive talent management, training, employee relations, budgeting, and day-to-day workplace operations.

Perform actuarial analyses for commercial auto pricing and reserving, build and maintain rating models, analyze loss trends, prepare reports, collaborate with underwriting/claims/finance, and support process improvement and automation.

Prepare disbursements; assist with month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation (SSAP). Support NAIC filings, tax documentation, financial analysis, and external audit coordination.

Manage pre- and post-payment claims audits, ensure adjudication compliance with policies and regulations, investigate errors/overpayments, update SOPs, support expansion compliance, develop KPIs, perform financial data analysis, collaborate on system development with IT and vendors, and support month-end reporting and ad-hoc projects.
