Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, configure and optimize ATS/LMS/HRIS, process multi-state payroll, administer benefits, design performance reviews, drive employee engagement and DEI, ensure California and multi-state compliance, maintain HR records, and report HR metrics.

Oversee HR operations across four U.S. offices, ensuring multi-state employment-law compliance and supporting local and expatriate employees. Lead two direct reports, manage recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, payroll, HR systems, compensation planning, policies, and HR budgeting. Serve as liaison with South Korea headquarters while managing workplace operations and fostering an inclusive company culture.

Administer and maintain core insurance enterprise systems, manage change requests and vendor SLAs, support UAT and incident resolution, ensure data privacy compliance, and maintain operational and security documentation.

Perform actuarial analyses for commercial auto pricing and reserving, build and maintain rating models and assumptions, analyze loss trends and exposures, prepare reports and presentations, collaborate with underwriting/claims/finance, support reserve analysis, and participate in process improvement and automation efforts.

Manage pre- and post-payment claims audits, ensure adjudication compliance with policies and regulations, investigate errors/overpayments, update SOPs, support expansion compliance, develop KPIs, perform financial data analysis, collaborate on system development with IT and vendors, and support month-end reporting and ad-hoc projects.
