Supervise accounts payable and receivable operations, including premium collection reconciliation, month-end and year-end close, account reconciliations, disbursements, budgeting, tax compliance support, and financial analysis. Lead AP/AR staff, coordinate workflows, review work, resolve discrepancies, support audits and internal controls, and implement accounting systems and process improvements. The role requires insurance carrier-side accounting expertise and familiarity with NAIC reporting and SSAP.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, configure and optimize ATS/LMS/HRIS, process multi-state payroll, administer benefits, design performance reviews, drive employee engagement and DEI, ensure California and multi-state compliance, maintain HR records, and report HR metrics.

Perform actuarial analyses for commercial auto pricing and reserving, build and maintain rating models and assumptions, analyze loss trends and exposures, prepare reports and presentations, collaborate with underwriting/claims/finance, support reserve analysis, and participate in process improvement and automation efforts.
