The role requires strong Malaysian Forex market knowledge, established industry relationships, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with headquarters across marketing, operations, and compliance.

Provides first-line customer support through live chat, email, and telephone for a global 24/5 operation. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, explaining services and procedures, resolving and escalating issues, documenting interactions in the CRM, following compliance guidelines, and maintaining a professional, empathetic customer experience while working rotating on-site shifts.

Lead DB Financial’s Pakistan launch and growth, owning P&L, client acquisition, deposits, trading volume, and revenue. Build and manage IB and Master IB partnerships, recruit new partners, hire and develop a local sales and support team, execute market campaigns and events, ensure compliance, and report on pipeline and performance. The role requires an established Pakistan network, measurable brokerage growth results, and deep knowledge of the local forex and CFD market.
