Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for sportsbook and back-office applications. Manage multiple London-based cleaning accounts, coordinating clients and cleaning teams to ensure reliable service delivery. Responsibilities include account management, issue and crisis resolution, staff coordination, cleaner recruitment support, client contract creation, ordering supplies, frequent communication, and maintaining operational standards. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, strong customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and fluent English communication.

Own and develop high-quality bid responses for commercial cleaning and facilities management tenders. Coordinate with pursuit owners, account leaders, and commercial teams to meet submission deadlines, align written responses with pricing, manage bid programs, use corporate bid data, and capture lessons learned. The role requires strong writing, organization, attention to detail, collaboration, IT literacy, and the ability to work under pressure.
