Teams at Dayton Freight Lines, Inc.

Manage company-wide accounts receivable, including past-due balances, credits, billing corrections, customer documentation, collections recommendations, and timely payments. Collaborate with service center and account managers, monitor receivables performance, reduce days sales outstanding, and support continuous process improvement.

Supports software development business analysis by researching processes, defining stakeholder needs, maintaining product backlogs, coordinating schedules, documenting work, coding, testing, debugging, and participating in Scrum meetings. The intern may act as product owner for functional areas and assist with non-development projects. This role provides practical exposure to business analysis, programming, quality assurance, and Agile development practices.

Develops sales and marketing plans to grow territory revenue, manages customer and prospect relationships, monitors competitors, coordinates with service center teams, protects company assets and data, and completes special assignments. The role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, familiarity with the LTL industry, a valid driver's license, and travel to meet customers.
