Provides independent administrative and clerical support to surgery administration and senior leaders. Responsibilities include correspondence, calendar and appointment management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, records maintenance, report and presentation preparation, office supply management, inquiry handling, and confidential communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, customer service, time management, and proficiency with office software in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Prepare and assist in dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision, following pharmacy policies and state/federal regulations. Maintain certification, support quality improvement, and train other technicians while ensuring accurate medication preparation for outpatient services.

Provides professional nursing care to pediatric patients and families in a community-based primary care setting. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, follows Ohio nursing standards, promotes optimal patient health, and supports a patient- and family-focused care environment.
