Provide strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Neonatology. Ensure high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care; lead clinical guideline development, quality improvement, staffing, budgeting, and faculty development; support research and education; and foster interdisciplinary collaboration and strong communication with hospital leadership and external partners.

The pediatric pathologist will collaborate with a team, provide diagnostic services in pediatric pathology, and hold faculty appointments. Minimum 5 years experience required.

Ensure completeness and quality of inpatient clinical documentation by collaborating with physicians, nurses, coders, and caregivers; clarify documentation, support accurate severity capture and reporting, and provide ongoing education to the care team.
