Lead and develop a team of 6–10 Quality Engineers while improving quality, release, and engineering practices across product teams. The role involves coaching, performance management, capacity planning, risk-based quality decisions, CI/CD and automation improvements, release readiness, incident learning, and responsible adoption of AI in quality workflows. The manager will lead cross-team improvements, coordinate with Principal Quality Engineers, and deputize for the Head of Quality Engineering.

Develop and enhance scalable frontend features using JavaScript and Vue.js. Build performant business logic and UI components, write unit and end-to-end tests, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute across the full feature lifecycle. The role includes mentoring teammates, collaborating with product, engineering, and QA, supporting prioritization and delivery, and improving usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.

Leads complex enterprise SaaS implementations for professional-services customers. Responsibilities include stakeholder workshops, requirements analysis, solution design, data mapping, software configuration, integrations, workflow design, demos, UAT, issue resolution, training, and cost-benefit analysis. Provides technical guidance, mentors consultants, improves rollout methodologies, contributes to Statements of Work, and deputizes for project managers. The role requires customer-site travel several days per quarter.
