Analyzes syndicated retail sales data, Nielsen, and Circana information to create weekly and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable insights. Supports sales managers, vendors, and buyer meetings; guides new vendors through retailer onboarding; troubleshoots reporting issues; and recommends process improvements and automation. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, data analysis experience, communication, organization, and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently.

Leads own-brand and private-brand strategy, supplier and customer relationships, category growth, budgeting, and execution. Builds and develops high-performing teams, establishes strategic initiatives, allocates resources, negotiates supplier agreements, and drives brand best practices. Oversees director-level relationships and supports sales planning, operational performance, process development, forecasting, and cross-functional business growth initiatives.

Manages private-brand account or category strategy, budgets, marketing plans, promotions, advertising, merchandising, inventory forecasting, supplier relationships, and strategic initiatives. Leads account execution, negotiates supplier rates, analyzes sales and consumer data, develops brands, and manages a small team. Responsibilities also include talent development, customer relationship management, resource allocation, and achieving revenue and budget goals.
