This role serves as the contact point for intermediaries, providing support for pension products. Responsibilities include handling queries, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The Financial Product Governance Lead ensures compliance with MiFID II regulations, overseeing product governance practices, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing product lifecycle activities to protect client interests and adhere to risk standards.
