Lead quality assurance, EHS, and continuous improvement in an ISO 9001 textile manufacturing facility. Maintain the Quality Management System, conduct root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, support audits, supplier quality, SPC, process validations, and mentor quality staff. Promote safety, regulatory compliance, and lean initiatives while partnering with production, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain.

Manage customer relationships and account growth in a manufacturing setting: generate leads, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate with production/quality/shipping, maintain CRM/ERP records, resolve customer issues, and support outside sales.

Lead North American sales growth by creating deployment strategies, forecasting/budgeting processes, and sales enablement. Drive new business, manage major accounts, improve sales processes, implement CRM/ERP improvements, design compensation and training, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Requires strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder management.
