Leads operations for approximately 50 dialysis centers and home dialysis programs, overseeing 1,000+ teammates, financial performance, clinical outcomes, workforce development, growth, compliance, and service excellence. The role develops and executes strategic operating plans, manages senior field leaders, identifies business opportunities, supports hospital joint ventures, analyzes performance trends, and partners with corporate functions to improve division operations. Weekly travel is required.

Leads strategic, operational, and process-improvement projects from planning through implementation. Responsibilities include project planning, KPI tracking, workflow and SOP development, business and root-cause analysis, dashboard and executive reporting, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, pilot oversight, and process improvement across clinical and operational teams. The role also mentors project contributors, supports team development, and drives initiatives related to patient care, referrals, capacity planning, and organizational growth.

Write, edit, and maintain accessible healthcare website content for patients, caregivers, and other audiences. Translate complex clinical information into clear plain language, improve usability and customer journeys, conduct content audits, monitor performance, and optimize SEO. Collaborate with clinicians, legal, compliance, UX, design, analytics, and SEO teams while helping build scalable editorial workflows, governance standards, templates, and training.
