Develops and maintains onsite and online professional military education curriculum for Marine Corps field-grade officers. Responsibilities include adapting resident courses for distance learning, creating objectives and assessments, managing LMS course sites and digital files, supporting faculty development, analyzing student and survey data, preparing accreditation materials, responding to field questions, attending professional conferences, and teaching at least two courses annually. The SME supports Foundations or Joint Operations coursework and requires military, PME, faculty, and curriculum development expertise.

Provide senior-level program analysis and integration support for the E-130J aircraft modernization program. Analyze requirements, schedules, budgets, and logistics across DOTMLPF; develop transition and sustainment strategies; produce briefings and reports; coordinate with IPT leads and government stakeholders; and provide SME support on legacy E-6B systems to ensure mission-ready transition within cost and schedule constraints.

Develop and convert resident Expeditionary Warfare School curriculum into distance education using MCISD/SATE. Maintain LMS course sites, manage assessments and version control, support faculty development, analyze student performance and assessment data, teach at least two courses per year, and produce curriculum improvement recommendations for CDET.
