Leads the Training Department and develops organization-wide learning, leadership, apprenticeship, and professional development programs. Oversees instructors and coordinators, assesses training needs, designs curricula, manages the department budget, evaluates program effectiveness, maintains training records, and reports on performance outcomes. Partners with leadership, labor representatives, government agencies, and grant administrators to ensure compliance and expand educational initiatives. Supervises staff, supports employee development, and promotes continuous learning and engagement.

Creates and manages print and digital graphics, promotional campaigns, public information materials, presentations, website content, social media assets, and internal communications. Maintains WeGo brand standards, coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages creative projects, works with vendors, and supports asset inventory and marketing-material distribution. Requires strong graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, communication, organization, and deadline-management skills.

Coordinates procurement and contract administration for goods, services, professional services, and construction projects. Develops solicitations, evaluates proposals, supports negotiations, prepares purchase orders, maintains compliant procurement records, analyzes costs, monitors federally funded spending, and reports DBE vendors. Ensures compliance with local, state, federal, and Federal Transit Administration regulations while advising departments, vendors, and leadership.
