Support Olympic sport coaches by ordering, distributing, laundering, maintaining, inventorying, and fitting athletic equipment and apparel. Assist equipment room operations, adhere to OSHA and NCAA safety/compliance, receive orders, and work events for packing, transport, and setup.

Prepare and coordinate college-wide federal, state, and local tax filings (Forms 990, 990-T, 1042/1042-S, 1099s, 941s, 1098-T, sales/use taxes). Manage international withholding and treaty exemptions, respond to tax inquiries and audits, document tax policies and procedures, and serve as a campus tax resource to ensure timely, compliant reporting.

Build sustained faculty and student partnerships to lead LMS strategy, onboarding, and adoption. Design programs, evaluate platforms, track meaningful adoption metrics, advise on AI and emerging tools, and collaborate across Academic Services, Library, and CTL to align technology with teaching and learning goals.
