Supports gallery front-of-house operations, visitor reception, phone calls, inventory, mail, workspace upkeep, exhibitions, sales materials, data entry, events, and special projects. Works across gallery departments while developing knowledge of contemporary art and the commercial art market. Requires professionalism, organization, discretion, teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn. The five-month internship follows a three- to five-day weekly schedule with occasional evening events.

Provides executive administrative support to the Chief Digital Officer and Digital leadership, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel and expenses, correspondence, documentation, invoices, vendor administration, information management, and cross-functional follow-up. The role also supports team meetings, trainings, tool rollouts, events, research, and special projects while handling confidential information and working onsite five days per week.

Serves as the gallery’s first point of contact for clients, artists, and visitors. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering inquiries, maintaining front desk materials, preparing viewing documents, managing calls and mail, updating client and inventory information, supporting sales and principal-office activities, coordinating calendars and meeting materials, and assisting with hospitality logistics. The role requires professionalism, discretion, organization, multitasking, and enthusiasm for the commercial art world.
