Teams at David Zwirner Gallery

Support the Sales Team and Front Desk with administrative and exhibition tasks: assist gallery openings and events, serve as gallery attendant, handle shipping/receiving and client materials, maintain supplies and internal documents, and support client viewings and mailings.

Support gallery front-of-house, sales, registration, marketing/press, and operations: greet visitors, field calls, manage supplies, assist shipping/receiving, prepare printed materials, aid data entry and exhibition assembly, and support events and openings. Internship runs mid-September to end of March with varying weekly schedules and occasional evening hours.

Support day-to-day gallery operations in Paris: manage facilities and vendors, coordinate the David Zwirner residence and hospitality, assist HR onboarding/offboarding and intern supervision, provide logistical support for exhibitions and events, reconcile credit card expenses and process vendor invoices, and liaise with IT to maintain systems and CCTV.
