Provide administrative and sales support to a Senior Partner, managing artists and estates, coordinating exhibitions and logistics, preparing sales offers and post-sale tasks, maintaining calendars, inboxes, travel, and cross-departmental coordination for gallery operations and secondary market consignments.

Supports a gallery Partner with artist management, exhibition planning, sales offers, client viewings, secondary-market consignments, invoices, shipping, documentation, and administrative coordination. Manages calendars, inboxes, travel, expenses, client lists, presentations, and cross-departmental projects. The role requires contemporary art knowledge, strong communication and writing skills, discretion, organization, prioritization, and 2–3 years of gallery assistant or administrative experience.

Supports the Chief Operating Officer with global gallery operations, focusing on contracts, legal matters, insurance policies, renewals, leases, and specialized business terms. Coordinates with sales, registration, finance, internal departments, and external counsel; reviews legal documents, maintains schedules, ensures policy compliance, and assists with special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, contract analysis, and ideally art industry or fine arts insurance experience.
