Inspect first-run production and product development samples, perform XRF analysis and diamond scanning, participate in approval and sample selection processes, maintain inventory, and provide feedback for product development and corrective actions.

Manage and track gemstone samples, loose stones, and certifications across PLM and physical inventory. Coordinate orders, POs/SOs, vendor communication, and distribution to internal teams. Conduct inventory audits, maintain documentation and compliance, create SKUs, and support High Jewelry and Mainline Design through product development and launches.

Lead and own David Yurman’s verbal brand identity across all channels. Define voice architecture, storytelling frameworks, tone systems, and messaging hierarchies. Manage and mentor the Brand Voice team, enforce writing and editing standards, approve high-visibility copy, and partner cross-functionally (Creative, Marketing, E‑comm, Retail, PR, Legal) to ensure consistent, elevated, and commercially effective product storytelling and brand language.
