Supports the commercial events and experiential marketing team with vendor research, invitations, catering, decor, staffing, gifts, hospitality, and on-site event execution. Maintains vendor contact sheets, coordinates Market Week logistics, assists with talent and co-venture agreements, processes invoices, reconciles expenses, and codes costs to budgets. The internship is a paid, nine-week hybrid program in New York City for undergraduate students.

Supports the wholesale sales support team with customer service, sales-related activities, administrative tasks, data compilation, record maintenance, reporting, meeting preparation, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. The internship emphasizes customer-facing sales support and operational assistance within David Yurman’s luxury jewelry wholesale business.

Support the Women's Product Development team with vendor project kits, CAD posting requests, mechanicals, purchase orders, PLM assignments, QA testing uploads, sample reviews, product verification, and second-sourcing initiatives. The intern will research jewelry industry standards, attend design meetings, collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams, and develop knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and product development processes.
