Provides hands-on HR support across three Canadian offices, leading recruitment, benefits, compensation, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The role specializes in labour relations within a unionized environment, including collective agreement interpretation, grievance resolution, progressive discipline, union engagement, and bargaining support. It also leads evaluation and implementation of a new HRIS and supports organizational culture, equity, inclusion, and process improvement.
