Leads the organization’s healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims, collections, payment posting, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable. Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, CMS, HIPAA, and payer requirements. Establishes policies, controls, performance metrics, and process improvements while managing staff, payer relationships, reporting, and cross-department collaboration to maximize reimbursements and operational efficiency.

Manage day-to-day financial operations across related companies: maintain general ledger, perform closings and reconciliations, process AP/AR, prepare journal entries and monthly financials, manage payroll tax filings, fixed asset sub-ledger, support audits, ensure compliance and internal controls, and assist with accounting system upgrades.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. Manage campaigns, budgets, content, vendor relationships, and event/community engagement. Conduct market research, track performance and ROI, ensure project documentation in Monday.com, and collaborate with sales and leadership to drive brand awareness and growth.
