Senior Accountant performs general accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, grant monitoring, audits, purchasing support, and internal control maintenance. The role analyzes variances and financial trends, ensures GAAP and FQHC compliance, prepares statements and management reports, oversees payroll and inventory processes, and supports the Controller and CFO with audits, forecasting, and budgeting.
