Leads the nonprofit’s individual giving program, developing donor acquisition, cultivation, retention, and revenue-growth strategies. Manages direct-response fundraising partners and affinity donor groups, oversees Salesforce donor data and reporting, tracks commitments and budgets, coordinates acknowledgements and communications, responds to donor inquiries, and collaborates across senior management, programs, finance, communications, and earned-revenue teams.
