Designs, installs, secures, maintains, and supports enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, networking, firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and Microsoft platforms. The role manages complex infrastructure projects, monitoring, configuration management, documentation, disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and technical troubleshooting. It provides after-hours emergency support, mentors team members, evaluates technologies, and occasionally travels for subsidiary support or training.

Plans and releases manufacturing and customer orders, tracks production progress, develops manufacturing schedules and lead times, analyzes MRP data, and manages machine shop and outside-processing materials. Manage incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, handle mail and deliveries, maintain an organized reception area, and provide general administrative support. Duties include data entry, filing, document preparation, office supply inventory and ordering, and assisting internal teams with ad hoc tasks. The role requires basic Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, organization, reliability, and a professional customer-service mindset.
