Designs, implements, maintains, secures, and troubleshoots Windows-based systems and infrastructure across physical servers, Nutanix HCI, on-premises datacenters, and Azure. Responsibilities include certificate management, virtualization, networking, storage, automation, documentation, systems integration, performance monitoring, and Tier 3/4 support. Participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation and collaborates with engineers and stakeholders to develop scalable solutions.
