The Director of Business Development identifies new markets, prospects and develops client relationships, leads complex sales processes, and drives more than $10 million in annual new business. The role manages bid-package opportunities, delivers presentations, conducts market and financial evaluations, develops pricing and positioning strategies, and collaborates with marketing and internal teams. It requires expertise in a vertical market, construction drawings, negotiation, relationship building, and high-volume sales across an assigned territory.

Oversee complex logistics projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, vendors, customers, transportation, warehouse consolidation, and internal stakeholders. Optimize supply chain operations, manage resources and budgets, ensure quality and timely delivery, negotiate and monitor vendor performance, and mitigate operational risks. The role also leads logistics coordinators, standardizes procedures, and supports domestic and international transportation, import/export, and customs activities.
