Provide front-line library customer service: manage member accounts, check materials in/out, assist patrons with computers, online resources, and basic reference requests; support shelving, programs, branch opening/closing, and building security.

Provide front-line customer service at a public library: manage member accounts, check materials in/out, assist patrons with catalog, online resources and basic computer use, help maintain shelving order, support programs and events, open/close branch, and perform related duties to ensure safe, accessible library services.

Temporary six-month role producing print and digital layouts using Adobe Creative Cloud. Designs flyers, brochures, signage, and web graphics; prepares files for print; supports production tasks, travels to libraries to collect short video footage, maintains project lists, and assists staff with outreach materials and mailings.
