Act as first contact for school bus customers, handle calls and complaints, manage charter bookings, support billing/AR and collections, reconcile records, pass sales opportunities to managers, and provide general administrative support.

Senior finance leader responsible for accurate month-end close, financial reporting, controls, forecasting, KPI development, capital analysis, and partnering with operations to improve profitability and cash flow. Manages a small accounting team and supports budgeting, audit, tax, and M&A activities.

Provide in-ride support for students—especially those with special needs—by assisting with boarding/exiting, accommodations in transportation plans, enforcing safety rules, and offering verbal redirection and encouragement during trips to and from school.
