Coordinate and oversee school bus safety activities for CREC contract: write reports, onboard and train drivers, supervise safety trainers, investigate accidents, manage camera system recordings, and collaborate with operations to improve driver safety and compliance.

Provide in-house legal support on commercial contracts, financings, corporate governance, real estate, regulatory compliance, and liaison with outside counsel; manage entity records, trademark maintenance, and stakeholder relationships across multiple business lines.

Act as first contact for school bus customers, handle calls and complaints, manage charter bookings, support billing/AR and collections, reconcile records, pass sales opportunities to managers, and provide general administrative support.
