Manage client relationships, provide technical support, and lead end-to-end data product implementations. Drive data quality, customer adoption, customizations, and new product development across pricing, ecommerce intelligence, and supply chain analytics. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and sales teams while developing data pipelines, visualizations, documentation, and platform capabilities. Train employees and help customers generate value from data products.

Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for managing client relationships, supporting end-to-end data product implementations, ensuring data quality and adoption, and coordinating account and engineering teams. The role develops scalable data pipelines and product lines, applies SQL or Python and statistical methods, creates visualizations, documents code, trains employees, and drives customer value. Experience with data products, retail or consumer data, BI infrastructure, and alternative data sources is valuable.

Own the taxonomy and attribute platform end to end, including LLM extraction, dbt transformations, ClickHouse data models, Dagster orchestration, full-stack applications, APIs, CI/CD, data quality, observability, and reliable write workflows. Architect AWS infrastructure with Terraform, build AI evaluation and prompt-versioning systems, manage cost and latency, and establish engineering standards, testing, documentation, and operational runbooks.
