Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and risks, recommend optimizations, and present findings to business and executive stakeholders. Support solution design and contribute to roadmaps and migration efforts.

Provide operational ownership for an enterprise monitoring platform: monitor health and alerts, manage incidents and escalations, coordinate with DBA, infra and dev teams, drive RCA and reliability improvements, optimize ServiceNow workflows, enable CI/CD and reliability practices, and support observability across cloud and multiple database technologies.

Design and build Power BI data models, dashboards, and interactive reports. Perform DAX and SQL queries, develop data warehouse components, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and enhance existing BI systems to deliver KPIs and analytical insights.
