Lead enterprise Azure platform architecture covering landing zones, networking, identity, governance, resilience, disaster recovery, security, observability, AI workloads, and FinOps. Develop Azure standards and infrastructure-as-code modules, review vendor designs, oversee regulated healthcare controls, resolve complex incidents, document architecture decisions, and mentor engineers. The role is fully remote and requires hands-on Azure expertise in highly available, multi-region environments handling protected health information.

Owns customer product education and adoption through in-app guidance, walkthroughs, videos, tutorials, release communications, and support resources. The role assesses user friction, prioritizes training needs, creates accessible content, manages Pendo governance, analyzes adoption and support data, and partners with Product, UX, Support, Implementations, Sales, and other teams. Success is measured through improved feature adoption, task completion, time to value, user confidence, and reduced avoidable support contacts.

Leads DataSpring’s clinician engagement function by building relationships with provider organizations, specialty societies, and medical associations. Develops advisory councils, partnership programs, clinician-facing content, and engagement strategies; translates clinician feedback into recommendations for product, marketing, research, and policy teams. Tracks trust, data quality, and clinician participation metrics, reports outcomes to executives, and represents the organization at industry forums. The role is remote and requires travel up to 20%.
