Leads multiple software engineering teams and managers, aligns technology execution with product roadmaps, drives secure and reliable SaaS delivery, develops engineering talent, and promotes agile practices, continuous improvement, customer-focused delivery, and operational excellence. The role partners with Product, Architecture, Platform Engineering, Security, Quality Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver complex enterprise software initiatives.

Supports accurate and timely client billing by reviewing invoices, validating customer and billing data, researching discrepancies, and responding to billing inquiries. Uses Salesforce, Excel, reports, and related tools to analyze data, document requests, maintain data quality, support audit readiness, and provide billing documentation. Collaborates with Sales, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Legal, Treasury, and other teams while handling Finance inquiries, purchase orders, W-9 forms, competing priorities, and special projects.

The Sales Executive will support Sales Directors, grow revenue opportunities, build client relationships, and manage account plans while utilizing the Datasite suite of services.
