Coordinates software and technology projects from initiation through delivery by supporting planning, scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, risk management, UAT, deployments, and Agile ceremonies. Collaborates with project managers, engineering, BI, QA, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain on scope and schedule, while escalating blockers and improving delivery processes.

Lead Managed Services and IT Outsourcing engagements across the GCC as primary client contact. Manage service delivery, SLAs/KPIs, outsourced teams, onboarding, governance, escalations, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Delivery, and Talent Acquisition to support renewals, expansions, staffing, and operational reporting.

Prepare financial reports, analyses, projections, budgets, and tax returns. Maintain general ledger and bank reconciliations, manage month-end close, assist with audits, and recommend cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement measures using advanced accounting methods.
