Teams at Datarails

Own and grow ERP and reseller partnerships (especially NetSuite VARs) across North America: source, negotiate, onboard, enable, and scale partners to drive referrals and partner-sourced revenue. Coordinate internal teams, deliver tailored product demos, execute co-marketing and GTM initiatives, and ensure partners become engaged, revenue-generating, and retained.

Provide inbound technical support via Zendesk for Datarails' SaaS product: troubleshoot complex customer issues, respond to tickets, escalate to CS/Product/R&D, improve knowledge base, and drive customer satisfaction.

Serve as a technical expert for Datarails, partner with existing customers to implement add-on products, drive adoption, advise on financial reporting best practices, collaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap, and develop internal playbooks to improve customer outcomes.
