Lead and execute daily development activities across frontend, backend, and mobile teams. Assign tasks, track progress, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, manage CI/CD and containerized deployments, and ensure application performance, scalability, and timely deliveries while reporting to the CTO.

Administer and maintain Informatica Axon and EDC platforms, configure metadata, glossaries, and lineage, synchronize metadata with source systems, support stewardship workflows, integrate with DQ and data lake platforms, monitor performance, manage upgrades, and coordinate with stakeholders and Informatica support.

Design, build, test, and deploy Informatica DEI data integration mappings and workflows; integrate with Cloudera/Hadoop clusters; monitor and troubleshoot operational jobs; tune performance; implement data quality frameworks; collaborate on CI/CD and automation; maintain runbooks and drive incident management and root-cause improvements.
