The Financial Analyst manages rolling forecasts, monthly reporting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and pricing models. The role supports senior management and business owners through financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, performance reporting, commentary, and ad hoc projects. It also contributes to monthly close, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and process improvements while analyzing revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and financial trends.

Leads training, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business lines. Develops training programs, monitors quality metrics, conducts root cause analysis, implements Lean Six Sigma improvements, maintains SOPs, manages resources and budgets, and partners with stakeholders to address performance gaps and improve operational efficiency.

Handles bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. Provides product or service information, resolves complaints, updates customer accounts and records, escalates complex cases, and delivers positive customer experiences. Requires accurate communication, problem-solving, computer literacy, and attention to detail. This work-from-home role requires specific computer equipment, wired Ethernet, approved-location access, and a wired noise-cancelling headset and webcam.
